Floor One: Town of Beginnings.

Andrew was waiting for Velk at the border of the Beginning plains. His bow drawn out, and ready for action, and his armor on. He took a good look at the bow, and thought to himself 'Hmm, I should test this out' right before he noticed a bunny jumping in the plains. "Perfect" he said, as he redied the brand new bow.

Andrew thought that he needed arrows for the bow, but just as he put his fingers on the string, an arrow appeared, ready to be shot. He pulled the string pretty hard, and aimed at the bunny. Normally, he didn't know how to shoot a bow at all, so it was kind of hard for him. He shot his first arrow, and immediatelly missed, hitting it next to the bunny. The bunny's attention was now drawn to Andrew. "Oh shit.". The bunnies, even when they look adorable and innocent, do a pretty decent amount of damage. "No, no, no, no." Andrew kept repeating as the bunny was closing in on him. Andrew pulled another arrow, and shot at the bunny again. This time the bunny was a lot closer, so Andrew hit it in the foot. "Yes, now it's crippled. Time to finish it off!" He said, pulling another arrow. This time, he aimed perfectly, and shot the bunny in the head, piercing it through, leaving a hole in it's head, and a lot of blood. "Oh wow, I never noticed how much gore there is in this game." He said as he felt sorry for the dead bunny, and got experience for the kill, and one drop.

Velk logged in after his daily routine, and he saw Andrew killing a bunny.
"Already testing your stuff, I see? Is the bow more comfortable than the slingshot?" Velk asked, as he strecthed out to get his body used to the levitating body of his.

Neil readied himself. There was a rabbit, right there. And soon, there wouldn't be. He had gone through a basic guide to play, and knew how to cast a spell. He assumed a stance, put up his wand, selected the rabbit, and cast his only spell. A fireball appeared and flew at the rabbit He missed, and cursed to himself. He was never going to get a Ultimate Lightning Screw Everything Over spell. And of course, kill every boss. That too. The rabbit came at him, and he yelled "Have at me, son!". It probably a bad idea. The rabbit bit him, and the somewhat orange stained teeth pierced the skin of his arm, causing HP loss and real time pain. Oh yeah, that was another feature, right? Right? Yes, definitely. He threw the bugger off, and waited a second for his spell to recharge. This was it.

Once again, he assumed a stance, and fireballed the bugger. This time it hit it on chest as it lay on the ground. This nearly killed it. Crippled, it appeared. He approached the body, and stomped on it with the same look that he would have when using a rabbit as a test subject.

"Whaaaaaaa"

"Much more comfortable and deadly." Andrew said looking at the bled out rabbit. He kind of felt sorry for it, even though it was just a virtual program. Everything here felt real, so he assumed maybe they feel pain too.

Velk looked at the dead bunny.
"Weird. When I kill them, they usually dissapear..." he said. "Well, I'm glad you like your new weapon better. Let's go get some water for the well and get this over with."

Soon after, the bunny, and all the blood it had spilled disappeared. "Good." Andrew said with sudden relief felt in him. "Yeah, that's a good idea." He continued. Then he gestured Velk to go the way he pointed, which was north, towards the Beginning lake.

Velk followed Andrew northwards, and swung his sword around, as his habit has made him.
"I've been practicing with a wooden sword in real world, as well." he remembered to tell Andrew. As they entered they zone, Velk took out his buckets. "Not a very interesting quest... do you think there's a special mob spawn or something?" Velk shrugged.

"I don't know, I just think that the townspeople even virtual, still have lives and have needs, and if they're too afraid to get water, they asked us." Andrew assumed, and got his buckets out as they both closed in on the lake.

Velk shrugged as they went over and scooped some water out from the lake, and new items were added to their inventory. "Bucket with Water". "Seems nothing happend? Shall we go back?"

Neil shook his hand, trying to get rid of the dripping blood from the attack. It was nothing much. He looked around, and saw MANY more rabbits. This was wrong. But then again, he wouldn't waste time just like that. And if he had to, he'd do it in the town he could see from here. It was funny that he had spawned in a hunting area. He had assumed that he would spawn in the town. He shrugged, and began to head down to the town.

Andrew follows Velk's lead, filling the buckets with lake water, and they just pop in Andrew's inventory for convenience. "Ha, I thought we'd have to carry them and be careful not to spill! This makes things a ton easier!" Andrew said, "Yeah, let's go back!"

Kid walks across the beginning plains. He shoots 2 lightning bolts like usual toward bunnies and killed both of them after he hits them with the staff.

30 EXP gained!

"Ch, the quest is really underestimating the player's power." When he arrives at the lake he sees Andrew and Velk are already there. He immediately asks them, "Hey you two over there, finishing the quest already?" As Kid pulls his bucket from his inventory, fills some water into it and stores the water bucket back. He notices the name change from <Bucket> to <Water Bucket>.

Andrew notices Kid come up at them. "Yeah, we're already going back." He said. "How about you?"

With the last two bunnies Kid had killed, one of them dropped an item:

Unidentified Wooden Staff

"As you see I just filled my bucket with the water. Don't you think this quest is oversimplified? I think there should be a hidden quest behind this..."

Velk looked at Kid.
"Once in a while, a quest has to be easy... right?" he continued; "I'm not going to complain about easy EXP." he shrugged, and went towards town, beckoning both Andrew and Kid.

"True, easy EXP is always good. It's a nice boost." Andrew said, walking towards town with Kid and Velk, carrying his trusty bow.

"Well that maybe truth but... Ah well it is useless to complaint here right? Anyway, Andrew, that bow looks different than one that is being sold in woodworker?"

"Yeah, it was a monster drop. I identified it at the identifier." Andrew said showing Kid his bow.

Velk sighed, "Anyways, let's just get back to town and deliver the quest.. if we haven't leveled, which is likely, let's go kill some mobs."

"Ah, then I should go to an identifier too, because I got this <unidentified wooden staff>... Anyway I've sent friend confirmation to Andrew, please accept it if you feel like it, and I've accepted your friend request, Velk!" As Kid says they're already in the town.

"I should go to an identifier, see you later guys!" Then Kid leaves both Andrew and Velk, looking for the identifier.

Andrew pressed accept on the friend request pop up screen, and continued to the Mayor with Velk to finally finish this quest they are doing. "I wonder how much EXP it will give us."

"I don't know... 350, I hope" he said while looking at his EXP bar. "I haven't gained any EXP while doing this quest... though I doubt it'll be that much when all we did was gather water..." Velk said, while they entered the Mayor's Manor.

"True." He said as he followed Velk into the house. "MOM, WE'RE HOME!" Andrew yelled as he laughed afterwards. "I'm just kidding, here's your water, Mayor." Andrew said as he took the buckets of water out of his inventory and gave them to the mayor, as it made a pling noise, noting that the quest was completed.

100XP and 50 Gold were obtained.

"There's your answer." Velk said, as the popup had appeared. "100 EXP... that's not much.. 50 gold isn't much either... I guess this is a rather grindy level, huh?" he thought out loud.

"Well, we can see if there's another quest available at this level." Andrew said as he opened his map. "There's one! At the Jeweller's place." Andrew said pointing at a location on the map. "You up for it?" He asked Velk.
